Strawberry Yogurt with Abalone Salad

This is a memorable appetizer, every year during my mom birthday or Mother's Day I would like to cook a dinner for my mom for the celebration. As a chef in process I like to do some creativity dishes for my family. To make this salad the idea come from my mom and brother like to eat seafood and fruits. So this is the idea I create this dish.

Course: Appetizer Challenge: Easy Portion: 5 people Preparation Time: 20 min

Ingredient:

1/4 of Lettuce

250 ml of Strawberry Greece Yogurt

150 gram of Mango

50 gram of cube Abalone

15 ml of Lemon Juice

Method:

Step 1: Cut the lettuce into small pieces, for the diner easy to bite it.

Step 2: Cut the mango, abalone into cube and standby aside.

Step 3: Divide the lettuce into glasses as a base.

Step 4: Add the strawberry Greece yogurt on the lettuce and put the mango and abalone cube on top.

Step 5: Sprinkle some lemon juice on the top to add more flavor.

Tips: If you do not like strawberry yogurt or mango you can choose the flavor and fruits that you prefer.
