This is my first time worked in the kitchen as a chef assistant, my job range is huge, so I learnt a lot of technique and skills. Besides that, our boss is strict and full of knowledge and he is not stingy to teach us.  Although I just worked at that around2 month but it makes me determined commitment to study Culinary Arts.
